Welcome to American Tax Services, where David Lonn, a seasoned tax accountant, specializes in serving the unique needs of Americans living in the United Kingdom and British people with American tax obligations. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University in New York and a Master of Business Administration from Reichman University in Israel, David is also a professor of accounting at Woodmont College in Miami, Florida. He has been dedicated to the field of accounting since 2011.

As an enrolled agent licensed by the IRS, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, particularly excelling in the precise preparation of American tax returns. Beyond tax services, David also assists clients in navigating the intricacies of social security benefit applications and the establishment of companies and bank accounts in the United States.

David maintains a thriving practice of 750 clients and growing. At American Tax Services, clients can trust in David's commitment to delivering comprehensive and reliable tax and financial solutions.

When he isn't leading his team, Zvi is likely at the beach, watching a game, or putting his culinary school training to good use by cooking for his family and friends.

Executive Business Assistant

Hanna Diukova was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. She has always had a wide range of interests, from drawing to reading classic literature. Alongside her studies in civil engineering, she has built experience in administration, organization, and accounting support. After moving to Israel in October 2023, Hanna joined American Tax Services as an Executive Business Assistant. In her role, she supports daily operations, helps manage internal processes, and assists with accounting and administrative tasks. Her strong organization skills, reliability, and attention to detail help keep the company running smoothly and support its continued growth.

Alina Flaxman is a marketing and business development professional who started her career at 18, working with Facebook ads and targeted campaigns. Over the years, she has gained experience in marketing, strategy, and business growth. Although she has a degree in English teaching, Alina chose to build her career in the field where her strengths are strongest — marketing. At American Tax Services, she leads marketing projects and campaigns focused on growing the company and reaching new clients. Outside of work, Alina enjoys surfing and snorkeling.

Yehoshua is a Finance MBA and former IBM Financial Analyst with a 25-year track record of navigating high-stakes corporate and entrepreneurial environments. As a Strategic Liaison at American Taxes, Yehoshua bridges the communication gap between the complex U.S. tax system and the Israeli investment and tech ecosystem.

With a career that spans managing $65M recovery budgets for IBM Canada to bootstrapping and exiting a global e-commerce enterprise, Yehoshua brings an "uncanny agility" to the onboarding process. He specializes in breaking down silos for his clients, identifying the "connecting reasons" why their business operations, personal investments, and U.S. tax obligations must work in sync.

Yehoshua's executive presence is backed by his experience delivering financial modeling seminars to marquee firms including Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, and Goldman Sachs. Today, he leverages that same high-level analytical rigor to ensure our clients are positioned for success.

Eilam Talmor is a U.S. tax specialist who advises individuals and companies on international tax planning and reporting, particularly between Israel and the United States. He holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBT in Business and International Taxation, and previously worked in international tax roles including at Deloitte.

Driver & Courier

A former contractor for the Israeli Embassy in London, Steve worked as a chauffeur for over 40 years. Coming to Israel with the full expectation of retiring, Steve quickly got bored after realizing he preferred being behind the wheel of a car to sitting at home. Steve is thrilled to be at American Tax Services as our main driver and courier.
